那说未来平均寿命是一百岁左右.

大概2030年的时候啊.

我炖羊肉和红酒.

一天腌羊肉和红酒和LAURIER和蒜和PARSLEY,胡椒.

炒洋葱而且烤架那个羊肉和加一点点盐和黑胡椒.

煮那个羊肉和那个红酒几个小时.

加菜(已经煮和炒)

加一点点酱油

很好吃
